FAQ's:
Can I buy another door panel for my 3-in-1 Superyard?
The doors are not sold separately for these Superyards.
What hardware do I need to mount my 3-in-1 Superyard with an odd number of panels?
The mounting hardware included with your Superyard is to be used when mounting the unaltered barrier with an even number of panels. If you have removed or added a panel and are left with an odd number of panels, you will need to purchase an additional set of hardware to properly mount it. Because each panel has a male edge and a female edge, this will require using the same wall fitting (either both male or both female) from each hardware package to successfully mount it with an odd number of panels.
Additional hardware packages can be ordered by using the search feature located at the top of our website to search with the 4-digit model number. The results will include hardware packages that can be purchased.
How many panels/extensions can be safely added to the original 3-in-1 Superyard?
When setting up as an enclosure, an unlimited number of panels may be used. When setting up as a barrier, the maximum number of panels is twelve.
What metal is used to make the 3-in-1 Superyard?
The 3-in-1 Metal Superyard is made of steel with powder coating (similar to that of household appliances).
Can I place my 3-in-1 Superyard near a fireplace or wood-burning stove?
When used around or near a fireplace or wood-burning stove, the 3-in-1 Superyard should be at least two feet away from the heat source.
What are the measurements of my 3-in-1 Superyard?
- Each panel is 30 inches high and 24 inches wide.
- The swinging door panel opening is 16 inches wide.
- The space between bars of the metal 3-in-1 Superyard is 2 ¼ inches wide.
- The 6-panel enclosure is 10 square feet.
- The 8-panel enclosure is 19 square feet.
- A 10-panel enclosure is 30 square feet.
- A 12-panel enclosure is 44 square feet.
Why is the latch on the door panel of my 3-in-1 Superyard no longer latching?
If the door panel on the 3-in-1 is not aligned, the latch will not function properly. Follow the instructions in the troubleshooting portion of the manual to realign the door to ensure that it closes properly. Replacement instruction manuals can be found on our Instruction Manuals page.
Do you make an adapter that will let me mount my hardware-mounted gate as a pressure-mounted gate so I do not have to drill holes in my wall?
We do not manufacture, or recommend using, an adapter to alter the way our hardware mounted gates install. All of our Hardware-Mounted Baby Gates must be attached directly to a solid surface such as a wooden stud. This will require drilling holes into the surface.
Can I use wall anchors to install my gate into drywall?
Our Hardware-Mounted Baby Gates should not be installed using anchors. Because drywall anchors have a maximum limit as to how much weight they can withstand, it cannot be guaranteed that the gate will not dislodge and pull from the wall when mounted with an anchor, which could lead to damage or injury. Hardware mounted gates require a solid surface, such as a wooden stud, to be properly installed.
Can I add an extension to my hardware-mounted metal gate?
Not all of our gates have the option to increase its width with extensions. If your gate has additional extensions available, they will be found in our Baby Gate Extensions section of our website. Because extensions are not universal but are exclusive to the gate, the easiest way to find them is to search with the 4-digit model number of the gate. If the gate has additional extensions available for purchase, they will show in the results. Otherwise, the product page of your specific gate will also offer any available extensions that can be purchased separately.
What is the width of the swinging door on my metal gate?

- The swinging door on Model 4929/4930/4936 is 16 inches.

Just bought this with an extension panel. LOVE it! Sturdy and perfect for my grandchild's play area. Isn't easily moved as the connections are tightened so I have every confidence my grandson cannot pull it out of shape or down in any way. The bars are smooth so NO sharp edges. Please do not discontinue this product! It is by far the best baby play yard out there!!!
