We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of your unused or defective product within 30 days of purchase for a product refund. This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on northstatesind.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. If you request an exchange, please return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item.
Conditions:
The item(s) must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all its additional parts, including instruction manuals. -All documentation present, as specified below. -The returned product must be received by North States within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Steps:
1. Please contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). We are available Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm CT Toll Free: (800) 848-8421, Corporate Office: (763) 486-1754, or via email: customerservice@northstatesind.com Your return will not be processed without a RA number!
2. Fill in your return authorization number you received from customer service on the packing slip that is attached to the outside of your shipped package.
3. Place the upper portion of the filled in packing slip in the box with the returned item and all its additional parts.
4. Attach the filled in address label on the lower portion of the packing slip to the outside of the box. Be sure to have your RA number filled in on the address label.
5. Please bring your package to the nearest shipping facility and obtain postage. The consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and tracking on returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not price match if you find the product at a lower cost through one of our retail outlets.
If any of the above conditions are not met, North States Industries may not be able to issue a full refund. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing your return.
