Toddleroo by North States® guarantees that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper handling and storage, or alteration of the products. At our discretion, if such defects are discovered during the warranty period, we will repair (with replacement parts) or replace your product at no cost to you. An original receipt is required to validate your warranty. Toddleroo by North States reserves the right to substitute a similar product if the part or model has been discontinued.
Gates/ Play Yards/ Extensions:
Toddleroo by North States warrants this product for a time period of one year from the date of purchase.
Play Mats:
Toddleroo by North States warrants this product for a time period of six months from the date of purchase.
Childproofing: Toddleroo by North States warrants this product for a time period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
