North States Mypet® guarantees that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper handling and storage, or alteration of the products. At our discretion, if such defects are discovered during the warranty period, we will repair (with replacement parts) or replace your product at no cost to you. An original receipt is required to validate your warranty. North States Mypet reserves the right to substitute a similar product if the part or model has been discontinued.
Gates/ Pet Yards/ Extensions: North States Mypet warrants this product for a time period of one year from the date of purchase.
